TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

• Immediately Effective from 01.03.2022 all tours are charged and will be paid in € or $, previous LKR amounts are indicative.

• We reserve the right to charge a surcharge if the price of fuel increases by more than 10%. In this case, the customer may withdraw from the contract!

​

• An advance payment of 20% is required to confirm the tour ifnot otherwise agreed.

​

• All refunds are made in a form of a voucher valid for 24 months. The voucher is transferable.

​

• In case of cancellation up to 14 days before departure, we retain 50% of the advance (10% of the total amount) in case of a cancellation 13 days or less prior to the tour a refund of the 20% advance is no longer possible.

​

• The package price applies to the number of people listed in the offer. If an additional person joins (on the assumption that there is space in the vehicle) a flat rate of 5$ per day for children up to 12 years and 10$ per day for children older than 12 years and adults is charged + accommodation cost.

​

• In case you want to cancel a particular night in a hotel up to 7 days before the stay in the hotel 30% of the price will be charged. (This excludes higher category hotels they usually charge 100% once the booking is made)

​

• In case you want to cancel the night in a hotel 7 or less days prior to arrival at the selected hotel 100% of the price will be charged.

​

• If we buy train tickets for you, you are required to pay the amount in full upon accepting the tickets if they have not been already charged on your bill. There are no refunds after booking (Policy of Sri Lanka Railways).

​

• If camping and trekking is booked and canceled afterwards the money is not refunded. The camps rule is that the money will be returned only in case of extreme weather conditions when camping is not possible.

​

• If a Safari tour is booked and afterwards canceled on the day of safari or 1 day before the safari a compensation of 20% of the total amount is charged (as the safari guide remains without tours and work for the day).

  • Standard car

    • 3 adults

    • 2 adults + 2 children below 6

    • If 4 adults want to go in a standard car (tours longer than 3 days) an automatic supplement of 500= pre day is charged.

  • Big van

    • 9 adults/children
